Whether you’ve selected one of our home designs, are knocking down and re-building or would like a custom home built just for you, we’ve outlined each process below.

Select your Home design
Offering an array of luxury home designs, we invite you to browse our collection and select the plan that best suits your lifestyle. Always here to help, our team will meet with you, share our open and honest building advice and provide our expert guidance.

We’ll finalise your quote
Once you’ve selected your design, including any changes you’d like to make to the floor plan, we’ll provide you with a quote.

You pay your deposit
With your price now locked-in, we’ll ask for a deposit and if your land is ready, we’ll complete a full site investigation, including soil testing and land surveying.

We prepare your HIA Contract
Your HIA Contract includes all finalised pricing and detailed drawings. We’ll go through this with you to ensure you understand the finer details.

You choose your selections
We’ll invite you to visit our Selections and Design studio where our interior designer will guide you through colours and selections for your home. Let the real fun begin!

We finalise drawings and lodge for approval
At this stage, we’ll finalise all drawings for lodgement of building approval, plumbing approvals and engineering designs.

Once we have all approvals,
we begin to build
We’ll prepare and lay the foundations and also erect your house frames. We’ll then proceed through all stages of the build, keeping you fully informed along the way.

We reach practical completion
Now in the final stages of your home build, we’ll correlate all certificates, warranties and approvals and organise an independent building inspector to approve the build, ready for handover.

We handover your new home
It’s time to celebrate! After you sign off on the completion of your home, we’ll hand the keys over to you. You move into your beautiful home and embrace your new lifestyle.

Maintenance Period
While our building work here is done, we want you to know that we’re still here for you. With a 12-month maintenance period on your home, get in touch with our team if any building issues need rectification.
